To find the Cedar Inn travel east from Lewiston, Idaho to the Orofino/Missoula Highway 12 exit. Continue east on Highway 12 along the Clearwater River to the Greer/Weippe/Pierce/Highway11 junction and cross the bridge over the Clearwater River to Greer and on to Weippe, where the Nez Perce Indians first met the Lewis and Clark Corps of Discovery. Continue on north 11 miles to Pierce Idaho, where gold was first discovered in Idaho.
